All of our coaches hold specific coaching qualifications and have considerable experience in providing coaching support for leaders and managers. We use a pragmatic and direct approach and strive to develop relationships based on openness and trust.

We operate a strict code of ethics in line with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. This emphasises the need to agree beforehand the level of confidentiality between coach and learner.

1:1 Coaching Programmes

• Diagnostics (e.g. MBTI, Firo-B, 360 degree feedback profile)
• Face to face coaching sessions at regular intervals
• Telephone and email support between meetings
• Skype discussions
• Optional follow-up calls after the agreed programme

Coaching Workshops for Managers and Leaders

One 2 day (or two x 1 day) workshop followed by a series of coaching assignments is typical.  Flexible alternatives are available and can be tailored to individuals.
All our trainers are accredited by the Chartered Management Institute and have extensive coaching experience.

Our coaching workshops maximise the amount of skills practice and use peer, trainer and video feedback. The coaching assignments following each workshop are followed-up by skype and face to face coaching sessions.

All those attending our coaching workshop have the option of acquiring a coaching and mentoring qualification.
