Background
DDA Consulting International is a UK based management training & development consultancy with 20 years experience of designing and delivering high quality, high value, personal skills and team development training. We work with both local and global organisations.

Tutors
The quality of our Personal Leadership & Influence team is second to none. All have significant middle and senior management level experience plus the skills and enthusiasm to get results. Tutors also work with a range of companies, from start-ups to blue chip, bringing a wider perspective and breath of fresh air to each workshop.

The programme will be held at a Cotswolds hotel.
Costs Per Module
£1,550 (+VAT) per person (excluding accommodation @ £330 inc vat*)

Chartered Management Institute (CMI)
As an Approved Centre of the CMI all DDA Consulting International consultants are registered and approved for the delivery of Professional Management & Leadership qualifications.
In addtion to the programme, delegates have the option to study for a CMI qualification in Management and Leadership.
