Background

DDA Consulting International is a UK based management training & development consultancy with 20 years experience of designing and delivering high quality, high value, personal skills and team development training.  We work with both local and global organisations.

We have designed & delivered high impact leadership and management development programmes across EMEA, APAC and AMER.  Our passion is the application of learning to real work situations –improving the skills that make a difference. 

Tutors

The quality of our Personal Leadership & Influence team is second to none.  All have significant middle and senior management level experience plus the skills and enthusiasm to get results. Tutors also work with a range of companies, from start-ups to blue chip, bringing a wider perspective and breath of fresh air to each workshop.

Chartered Management Institute (CMI)

As an Approved Centre of the CMI all DDA Consulting International consultants are registered and approved for the delivery of Professional Management & Leadership qualifications.

In addtion to the programme, delegates have the option to study for a CMI qualification in Management and Leadership.  Benefits include greater recognition as a competent manager, improved performance and improved job prospects; it is also an excellent way to help you apply the learning from the training programme back to work.
